Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer bag, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.
Post Your Parcel
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest New Zealand Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
