How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
We offer standard and express shipping options across NZ. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days to most metro areas.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and jewelry cannot be returned unless faulty.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Our designs generally follow standard NZ/AU sizing, but if you are between sizes, we recommend checking the specific garment measurements provided in the description.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Our warehouse team processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. You can, however, return your items once they arrive.
